DELIVERY COSTS

Items are shipped every Wednesday by and from RADIUS via PostNL. Delivery costs are calculated on the basis of the total weight of the items in your order, as follows:

— 0 to 350 grams: €3,70
 — 351 to 999 grams: €4,95
— 1.000 to 3.000 grams: €5,95
— 3.0001 to 9.999 grams: €6,95
— 10.000 to 23.000 grams: €17,20
EU
— 0 to 350 grams: €9,00
— 351 to 999 grams: €12,95
— 1.000 to 1.999 grams: €14,00
— 2.000 to 4.999 grams: €23,00
— 5.000 to 9.999 grams: €35,00
— 10.000 to 19.999 grams: €45,00
— 20.000 to 23.000 grams: €60,00

Delivery costs are automatically calculated and based on averages across EU countries. Any local deviations on readily paid shipping costs, positive or negative, will not be reimbursed.
 

DELIVERY AND STOCK

All orders are subject to change and product availability. It may happen that items are shown on the website that are no longer available or have been sold out. If this is the case, we will send you an email stating that we cannot deliver the order. If you have already paid, you can choose another product of the same value, or we will refund the amount.

ORDERING PUBLICATIONS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE EU

Please note that for ordering publications from outside Europe, we suggest ordering from regional distributors instead, as this ensures more reliable shipping and reduces carbon emissions. Please refer to the list below. Thank you for your consideration.

PAYMENT METHODS

— Payments are processed through Mollie.
— We accept iDeal, Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, CB), Bancontact, and SEPA Bank Transfer.
— We do not accept payments through Paypal.

PICK-UP

We offer a free pick-up option for any local online sales. Collection is available at RADIUS during visiting hours, between 11:00 and 17:00, Tuesday to Sunday. Customers will be sent a notification when their order is ready for collection.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Sales prices shown at www.shop.radius-cca.org apply to products purchased online and are in euros. RADIUS reserves the right to change prices without notice. Amended prices will apply from the moment they are mentioned on the website.

PRIVACY

RADIUS maintains a strict privacy policy and takes the utmost care with your personal data. We will never share, sell and/or rent your data to third parties. We do our utmost to prevent loss and/or misuse of data.

REFUNDS

Please select and review your order carefully. We will not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or select the wrong product.

RETURNS

You can exchange your product for store credit or get your money back within fourteen days of receiving confirmation that your order has been placed (right of withdrawal). Items returned to us must be in new condition and will not be refunded in case damaged or showing signs of wear. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an order. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the products you return were not the products you ordered, and therefore this is an error on our part.

Please ensure that the products are returned to us in safe, sturdy packaging, together with your order number and invoice or receipt. Your order can be returned to the following address:
